Sales and Marketing Representative

About the role

Enzo Mist is an early‑stage ambient scenting brand based in Accra. We are looking for a hybrid content‑creator and field‑sales professional who will be the public face of the brand online and on the ground, driving both brand awareness and revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, shoot, and publish short‑form videos on TikTok and Instagram to showcase product demos, client visits, and behind‑the‑scenes moments.
• Identify and approach wholesalers, retailers, and commercial venues such as gyms, hotels, showrooms, offices, and spas.
• Conduct the full sales cycle: pitch the solution, perform on‑site demos, negotiate terms, and close deals.
• Maintain post‑sale relationships to secure recurring oil reorders and ensure steady revenue.
• Track prospects in a simple pipeline tracker and report on performance metrics.

Required profile

• Proven ability to create engaging short‑form content (examples required).
• Comfortable with cold‑approaching businesses and closing deals face‑to‑face.
• Self‑directed, able to work autonomously with clear accountability.
• Based in Accra and able to travel around the city for client visits.
