About the role

Enzo Mist is an ambient scenting brand based in Accra, offering cold‑air diffusion devices and premium fragrance oils for homes and commercial spaces. The Sales and Marketing Representative will combine content creation with on‑site sales to grow wholesale, retail and commercial accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, shoot and post short‑form videos on TikTok and Instagram to showcase products, client visits and behind‑the‑scenes moments.
• Identify and approach wholesalers, retailers and commercial venues such as gyms, hotels, offices and showrooms.
• Conduct full sales cycles: pitch, on‑site demo, negotiate terms and close deals.
• Maintain post‑sale relationships to drive recurring oil reorders.
• Track pipeline activity in a simple tracker and report performance metrics.

Required profile

• Ability to create engaging short‑form video content for TikTok and Instagram.
• Comfortable with cold‑calling and face‑to‑face business negotiations.
• Self‑directed with autonomy and accountability for results.
• Based in Accra and able to travel within the city for client visits.
