Sales Assistant / Sales Executive

About the role

Join Neesa Atelier as a Sales Assistant or Sales Executive and become the front‑line ambassador for our retail and fashion offerings. You will engage directly with customers in Accra and the Tema region, helping them find the right products while driving store sales.

Key responsibilities

• Assist customers with product inquiries, selections and purchases.
• Promote and sell merchandise to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and deliver excellent service.
• Process cash and mobile‑money transactions accurately.
• Keep the sales floor clean, organized and visually appealing.
• Report daily sales figures and customer feedback to store management.
• Collaborate with team members to meet overall store objectives.

Required profile

• Minimum Senior High School certificate; a university degree or current studies are a plus.
• Up to two years of sales or retail experience (preferred but not mandatory).
• Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
• Friendly, approachable and customer‑focused attitude.
• Reliability, punctuality and strong time‑management skills.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of mobile‑money services.
• Cash handling proficiency.
