About the role
Unateus is an international fulfillment and logistics company operating across Africa. We are looking for experienced telesales professionals in Ghana who can confidently close sales, upsell customers, and consistently hit KPIs. You will work with warm leads—customers who have already expressed interest in our products.
Key responsibilities
- Close sales and confirm customer orders.
- Upsell and cross‑sell health products.
- Follow up with interested customers.
- Handle objections and customer inquiries professionally.
- Maintain accurate CRM records.
- Consistently meet sales and call‑quality KPIs.
Required profile
- At least 2 years of telesales, call‑center or outbound sales experience.
- Proven track record of hitting sales targets.
- Strong phone‑based closing and objection‑handling skills.
- Fluent English and at least one major Ghanaian local language.
- Reliable laptop/desktop, smartphone, headset, internet and backup power.
What we offer
- Salary ranging from GHS 2,500 to GHS 6,000 per month.
- Performance‑based earning structure with higher income tied to results.
