Sales Consultant – Accra

About the role

Rentokil Initial is seeking a proactive Sales Consultant to join its Accra team. You will implement the sales strategy, build client relationships, and drive revenue growth for our health, property, and environmental solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Execute the sales strategy defined by the Sales Manager to meet monthly targets, renewals, and profitability.
• Identify and prospect potential clients, delivering professional sales presentations.
• Survey premises, estimate technical requirements, and prepare pricing offers.
• Develop tailored proposals using marketing tools and follow up until contracts are signed.
• Manage contract renewals and communicate new sales to the Operations Department.
• Maintain accurate client data in Rentokil Initial systems and produce weekly/monthly sales reports.
• Participate in events and exhibitions to promote services.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Agriculture, Food Science or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of B2B sales and marketing experience.
• Fluent in English and Arabic with strong written and verbal communication.
• Detail‑oriented with effective decision‑making and problem‑solving abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience using a CRM system.
