Sales Engineer

About the role

Zof AI is looking for a Sales Engineer to act as the bridge between product, engineering, and customers. You will help demonstrate AI solutions, explain technical concepts, and gather market feedback in a fast‑moving, high‑performance environment.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct and support technical product demos for prospective clients.
• Understand customer needs and translate them into actionable product insights.
• Explain complex AI concepts clearly to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Collaborate closely with engineering and product teams to prepare demo materials and technical collateral.
• Capture objections, requirements, and market feedback to inform product development.
• Support sales conversations with technical credibility and help shape product messaging.

Required profile

• Strong communication skills with a curiosity for AI technologies.
• Comfort speaking directly with customers and explaining technical ideas.
• High ownership, organization, and ability to follow through in a fast‑moving environment.
• Willingness to learn quickly and adapt to evolving product offerings.

• Base salary of GHS 5,000‑10,000 per month plus equity, commission and a full living package.
