Sales Executive – Full Time

About the role

Raincoat Roofing Systems is looking for a full‑time Sales Executive to engage customers, guide them through the roofing solution purchase process and support them from enquiry to installation completion. You will be the primary point of contact, helping clients choose the right products while meeting sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Contact prospective customers, understand their needs and present roofing products and services.
• Manage a sales pipeline, follow up on leads and schedule site measurements.
• Provide pre‑sale support, assist during installation and follow up after project completion.
• Handle enquiries promptly, resolve issues with a positive attitude and achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.

Required profile

• HND in Marketing or a related qualification.
• Three to five years of proven sales experience.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Organised, self‑motivated and able to work independently.
• Willingness to learn technical aspects of roofing products.
