Sales Executive – Insurance Solutions

About the role

The Sales Executive will work on‑site in Accra, promoting Vanguard Life’s life insurance and financial protection products. You will identify prospects, explain product benefits, and recommend solutions that match clients’ financial goals.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and qualify leads through market research and outreach.
• Conduct client meetings, present proposals, and close sales.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.
• Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to team goals.
• Collaborate with marketing and customer service teams to support campaigns.
• Participate in training sessions and share market feedback.
• Represent Vanguard Life at community and corporate events.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in insurance or financial services.
• Strong client relationship and communication abilities, able to explain complex products clearly.
• Basic understanding of insurance concepts or willingness to learn product features and regulations.
• Ability to meet sales targets, manage time effectively, and work both independently and in a team.
• Comfortable with on‑site client visits in Accra and surrounding areas.
• Proficiency in English; knowledge of local languages is an advantage.
• Minimum diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
• High level of integrity, professionalism, and commitment to inclusive customer service.
