About the role
FC Express is looking for a dynamic Sales Executive to join its team in Accra. You will play a key part in expanding the company’s client base and driving revenue for its courier and logistics services.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and secure new business opportunities in the courier and logistics market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Prepare accurate sales reports and forecasts.
- Negotiate contracts and deliver tailored delivery solutions.
- Collaborate with internal operations and customer‑service teams to ensure service excellence.
Required profile
- Proven experience in sales, negotiation and contract management.
- Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to generate leads, nurture relationships and close deals.
- Strong organisational and time‑management skills.
- Knowledge of the courier or logistics industry is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field preferred.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
