About the role
We are looking for a dynamic Sales Executive to drive real‑estate sales across Accra and the Tema region. You will be responsible for generating new business, nurturing client relationships and achieving sales targets.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the real‑estate market.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Present products and services, negotiate agreements and close sales.
- Prepare quotations, proposals and regular sales reports.
- Follow up on leads, maintain accurate customer records and represent the company professionally.
Required profile
- Minimum 2–3 years proven sales experience, preferably in real estate.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Strong prospecting, negotiation and closing capabilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self‑motivated, proactive and results‑oriented.
- HND or Bachelor’s degree is an advantage.
