Sales Executive

About the role

The Sales Executive will drive new business and grow existing client relationships for technology‑focused solutions in connectivity, energy, security and telecom. Based on‑site in Accra, the role combines prospecting, solution selling and coordination with technical teams to deliver end‑to‑end projects.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and qualify new business opportunities across the company’s solution portfolio.
• Prospect, generate leads and conduct client meetings and presentations.
• Prepare proposals, quotations and follow up to close deals.
• Collaborate with technical and operations teams to tailor offers and ensure smooth handover after contract signing.
• Track sales pipeline, report on performance against targets and contribute to sales strategy.
• Represent the company at industry events and client engagements.

Required profile

• Proven B2B sales or business development experience, preferably in technology, connectivity, energy, security or telecom.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Strong communication, negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Ability to work independently on‑site and manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
