Sales Executive

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Executive to join our team in Accra. You will play a key part in driving revenue growth for our smart technology, solar‑powered accessories, and lighting products aimed at young African consumers.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and target potential customers across the 3C and green‑energy segments.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations.
• Close sales deals and achieve a monthly sales target of GHS 20,000.
• Analyze market trends and provide feedback to improve products and sales strategies.

Required profile

• Proven experience in electronic gadget sales and customer relationship management.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Knowledge of market analysis and sales strategies.
• Experience with eco‑friendly or green‑energy products is a plus.
• HND or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing or a related field.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Required skills

What we offer

• Base salary of GHS 1,200 per month.
• Commission ranging from 3 % to 6 % on sales.
• Weekly transportation allowance of GHS 200.
• 50 GB mobile data and GHS 50 airtime allowance.
