Sales Executive

About the role

The Sales Executive will work on‑site in Accra, driving new business and expanding existing accounts for Global Enertech’s connectivity, energy, security and telecom solutions. You will act as the primary point of contact for B2B clients, translating technical offerings into clear business value.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and qualify new business opportunities across the company’s solution portfolio.
• Generate leads, conduct client meetings and deliver persuasive presentations.
• Prepare proposals, quotations and follow up to close deals.
• Collaborate with technical and operations teams to craft tailored offers and ensure smooth hand‑over after contract signing.
• Maintain and update the sales pipeline, produce regular performance reports and contribute to sales strategy.
• Represent the company at industry events, trade shows and client engagements.

Required profile

• Proven B2B sales track record with strong business development and account management abilities.
• Experience selling technology, connectivity, energy, security or telecom solutions.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills with the ability to engage decision‑makers.
• Ability to work independently on‑site, manage multiple opportunities and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience.
