Sales Manager – Ghana

About the role

Tiryaki Agro, a global agricultural supply‑chain leader, is seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to drive growth for its Ghana operations in Accra and the Tema region. Reporting to senior management, you will shape sales strategy, lead a team and expand the client base across the country.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales and business‑growth strategies aligned with corporate objectives.
• Lead, coach and motivate the sales team to meet or exceed targets and KPIs.
• Identify new market opportunities, acquire new clients and deepen relationships with existing customers.
• Prepare and present compelling sales proposals, commercial offers and negotiate contracts.
• Monitor market trends, customer needs and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
• Produce regular sales forecasts, reports and collaborate with operations to ensure seamless service delivery.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of proven sales experience, preferably in agribusiness or related sectors.
• Strong background in commercial planning, pricing, budget and P&L management.
• Analytical, strategic and results‑oriented mindset.
• Excellent leadership, communication and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to manage and develop a high‑performing sales team.
