About the role
CORE STEEL GHANA LTD is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead its sales operations across Accra and the Tema region. The role involves building a high‑performing sales team, developing strategies, and driving revenue growth in the steel and construction sectors.
Key responsibilities
- Form and lead a sales team to achieve targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
Required profile
- Proven experience in sales management (minimum 3 years).
- Strong leadership and communication abilities.
- Background in steel, construction, or related industry.
- Preference for candidates with Chinese language proficiency.
