Sales Manager

About the role

The Sales Manager will design and manage Kasapreko's sales and distribution network across Takoradi and the Western Region. The role focuses on stimulating demand, ensuring product availability, and driving sustained growth in sales volume and market share.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to increase sales volume, brand penetration and market share based on demand analysis.
• Design and continuously improve the distribution system, including specialist channels such as supermarkets, convenience stores, wholesale and duty‑free outlets.
• Provide training and support to distributors and sales representatives on product knowledge, handling, storage and customer service.
• Conduct regular on‑site visits to gather market insights, monitor stock levels and ensure optimal product presentation.
• Collaborate with the commercial leadership team, supplying sales performance data to inform production planning and pricing strategies.

Required profile

• A degree in Business Administration or Social Sciences; a relevant master’s degree is a plus.
• Minimum 10 years of sales experience, including at least 5 years in a managerial role within FMCG.
• Proven ability to analyse market dynamics, develop route‑to‑market plans and motivate distribution partners.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Experience using ERP systems, preferably SAP.
