Sales Marketer – Insurance Products

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Marketer to join our team in Accra. You will be responsible for promoting our insurance products, generating new leads and building lasting relationships with both clients and our network of agents.

Key responsibilities

• Identify prospective clients and explain insurance options.
• Prepare and present proposals, follow up on inquiries and close sales.
• Conduct market research and participate in promotional activities.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and reports.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support client onboarding and policy servicing.

Required profile

• Strong sales and client‑relationship abilities with a proven track record of closing deals.
• Willingness to learn insurance products and brokerage services.
• Effective communication and presentation skills.
• Basic marketing and outreach experience, including lead generation and networking.
• Excellent organization, time‑management and attention to detail.
• Comfortable working on‑site in Accra and collaborating with agents and internal teams.
• Proficiency with common office software (email, spreadsheets, CRM tools).
• Relevant diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, Insurance or related field; prior sales or financial‑services experience is a plus.
