Sales & Marketing Executive

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team in Tema. The role focuses on driving revenue growth through effective sales strategies, strong client relationships, and impactful marketing initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales plans to meet revenue targets.
• Identify new business opportunities, generate leads and convert prospects into customers.
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Conduct market research, monitor trends and competitor activity.
• Plan and execute online and offline marketing campaigns.
• Ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels.
• Track, analyse and report on sales performance and campaign effectiveness.
• Gather customer feedback to improve products and services.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
• 1–5 years of proven experience in sales and marketing.
• Strong negotiation and communication abilities.
• Results‑oriented with a record of meeting sales targets.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience using CRM software.
