Sales & Marketing Executive

About the role

The Sales & Marketing Executive will promote and sell cosmetic products to both individual customers and retail outlets across Accra and the Tema region. You will be responsible for building relationships, driving sales, and representing African Waves Ltd with a professional brand image.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and sell cosmetic products to individual customers and retail outlets.
• Identify and prospect new customers through direct marketing and field sales.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
• Meet or exceed assigned sales targets.
• Demonstrate product features and educate customers on benefits and usage.
• Follow up with customers to encourage repeat purchases.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities within assigned territories.
• Prepare daily and weekly sales reports.
• Represent the company professionally and maintain a positive brand image.

Required profile

• Age between 20 and 30 years.
• Minimum qualification: Senior High School, HND, or Bachelor’s Degree.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for sales, marketing, and customer service.
• Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented and able to work independently.
• Previous experience in sales or cosmetics is an advantage but not required.
