Sales Marketing Executive

About the role

The Sales Marketing Executive will work on‑site in Accra to generate leads, nurture client relationships, and promote Realtor & Tours’ integrated real‑estate and travel services. This full‑time position blends market research, campaign planning, and direct sales activities to deliver a seamless client experience from first contact through service delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and qualify new business opportunities through market research and lead generation.
• Design, launch and monitor marketing campaigns across appropriate channels.
• Conduct outreach via calls, meetings and presentations to showcase property and travel solutions.
• Support property viewings and prepare travel service proposals for clients.
• Prepare regular sales reports and analyse performance metrics.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and client satisfaction.

Required profile

• Strong market planning and marketing expertise.
• Solid market research abilities to spot trends and opportunities.
• Proven sales track record with negotiation and target‑achievement experience.
• Excellent communication skills for client engagement and team collaboration.
• Relevant experience in real‑estate, travel services or a similar customer‑facing industry.
• Ability to work on‑site in Accra, manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
• Proficiency with basic office software and digital sales/marketing tools.
• A diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, Sales or a related field is an advantage.
