About the role
MED-X Health Systems Limited, a leading private health insurance provider in Ghana, is seeking a dynamic Sales & Marketing Manager to drive revenue growth and strengthen market presence. The successful candidate will lead sales initiatives, develop marketing strategies, and manage customer relationships to achieve high sales targets.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing plans aligned with company objectives.
- Lead a sales team to meet and exceed defined sales targets.
- Manage customer relationships and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
- Prepare budgets, forecasts, and performance reports.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to launch new products and services.
Required profile
- Minimum five (5) years of experience in a service‑sales environment.
- Proven track record of achieving high sales targets.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Resourceful, results‑driven, and able to work independently.
Required skills
- Microsoft Office proficiency.
