Sales Officer

About the role

Palatrade Company Limited is seeking a proactive Sales Officer to drive customer acquisition and nurture existing client relationships across Accra and the Tema region. You will be the front‑line representative of our manufacturing and warehousing solutions, ensuring prospects understand the value we deliver.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and target potential customers through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
• Present and demonstrate products or services, highlighting key benefits and features.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Address customer inquiries, provide tailored solutions, and follow up to ensure satisfaction.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed assigned targets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or HND in Business Administration, Management, Marketing or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum of 24 months proven sales experience.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent negotiation, communication and customer service skills.
