Sales Officer – Membership & Business Development

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Officer to lead membership acquisition and business development for a premium wellness destination in Accra & Tema. You will be the face of the club, delivering a personalised sales experience and driving revenue across all service lines.

Key responsibilities

• Drive new membership sales, present packages, conduct tours and convert prospects into long‑term members.
• Identify and develop corporate, executive, athlete and high‑net‑worth segments; build referral and networking pipelines.
• Deliver a polished, consultative sales experience, understand each prospect’s fitness and lifestyle needs, and ensure smooth handover to the member‑experience team.
• Promote additional services such as spa, recovery, wellness and premium experiences; upsell and cross‑sell where appropriate.
• Represent the brand with professionalism, maintaining the club’s premium positioning in every interaction.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
• 3‑5 years of proven sales experience in luxury hospitality, fitness, wellness, real‑estate or premium retail.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation abilities.
• Strong relationship‑building, networking and commercial drive.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM systems.
