Sales Partner (Beverage & Agro‑Processing)

About the role

Orave is a sustainable agro‑processing company turning locally sourced pineapples into premium natural juices. The Sales Partner works remotely from Accra, driving sales growth and building strong relationships with retail, hospitality and distribution partners across Ghana.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and prospect new customers in the beverage and FMCG channels.
• Present product offerings, negotiate terms and close sales agreements.
• Manage existing accounts to ensure consistent order volumes and timely deliveries.
• Coordinate with operations to meet stock levels and delivery timelines.
• Support channel partners with product training, in‑store activations and promotional activities.
• Track sales metrics, gather customer feedback and provide market insights for pricing and product development.

Required profile

• Strong sales skills including lead generation, negotiation and closing.
• Experience managing accounts and providing customer service.
• Excellent communication abilities for product presentation and internal collaboration.
• Background working with distributors, retailers or hospitality outlets, preferably in FMCG, beverages or agro‑processing.
• Willingness to travel locally to customer sites and work independently.
• Commitment to sustainability, ethical business practices and community impact.

Required skills

• Proficiency with basic sales reporting tools and MS Office.
