Sales, Product and Distribution Executive

About the role

Landtours Ghana is looking for a commercially driven and creative professional to develop, promote and sell tour products. The role combines product creation, client outreach and online distribution to grow the company’s portfolio across Ghana and West Africa.

Key responsibilities

• Design and launch new, market‑ready tour packages.
• Contact prospective clients by phone and email, re‑engage dormant leads and previous customers.
• Convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.
• Maintain and update tour listings on OTAs and travel marketplaces.
• Execute approved promotions and seasonal campaigns.
• Monitor product performance, sales metrics and OTA results.
• Collaborate with Sales, Reservations and Operations teams to ensure commercial viability and operational feasibility.
• Work with the social media team on the monthly newsletter.

Required profile

• A degree or equivalent qualification in Tourism, Hospitality, Marketing, Business or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in travel sales, tour planning, product development or OTA management.
• Strong telephone communication and follow‑up abilities.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of Ghana and West African destinations is an advantage.

Required skills

• Experience with OTA platforms such as Viator, TripAdvisor or TourRadar.
• Understanding of pricing, commissions, costs and profit margins.
