Sales & Program Executive

About the role

The Sales & Program Executive will drive enrolment for our professional training programmes by engaging prospective learners, answering their queries and converting interest into registrations. You will act as the first point of contact, ensuring a smooth and professional experience from inquiry to enrolment.

Key responsibilities

• Contact prospective learners via phone, WhatsApp, email, social media and other channels to generate interest.
• Provide accurate information on course content, schedules, fees, certification requirements and related queries.
• Follow up consistently on leads, understand learner needs, address objections and guide them through the enrolment process.
• Achieve assigned sales and enrolment targets and contribute to the growth of the training portfolio.
• Collect enrolment data, confirm payments and ensure proper registration of candidates.
• Maintain detailed records of leads, prospects and enrolments using the company’s CRM and spreadsheets.
• Collaborate with the training team to coordinate onboarding and communicate programme updates.
• Gather feedback and market intelligence to help improve programmes and sales strategies.

Required profile

• Entry‑level candidates with at least one month of relevant experience.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Ability to work independently, meet targets and handle multiple enquiries.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems.
• Good command of spreadsheets for data tracking.
