About the role
We are seeking a motivated Sales Representative to assist in shop sales, understand client needs, and maintain a clean, well‑stocked retail environment.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in shop sales and present products to customers.
- Stay up‑to‑date with client requirements and product knowledge.
- Maintain cleanliness of internal and external shop premises.
- Ensure shop equipment functions properly and report issues promptly.
- Replenish shop floor inventory and conduct frequent inventories.
- Comply with company policies on funds, security, and record‑keeping.
- Report any issues or concerns as they arise.
- Stay informed about latest sales trends and best practices.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Resolve customer complaints and queries.
Required profile
- SHS graduate or Diploma.
- Two to three years of experience in a similar sales position.
- Proficiency in English communication and negotiation.
- Strong time‑management and planning abilities.
