Sales Specialist – Education Services

About the role

Enlace Education Services is looking for a dynamic Sales Specialist to join its Accra office. You will promote mentorship programs, educational tours and scholarship services to students, families and partner institutions, helping them navigate pathways to academic and career success.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, qualify and nurture leads through consultative selling.
• Conduct consultations with families, present program offerings and close enrollments.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and provide ongoing support throughout the enrollment process.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align sales messaging with program goals.
• Participate in outreach events, school visits and community activities.
• Record all interactions in CRM tools and generate regular sales performance reports.

Required profile

• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Proven sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Experience delivering informational sessions or training to partners.
• Background in education services, counseling or related sectors is highly beneficial.
• Minimum diploma or bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Ability to work on‑site in Accra and attend events as needed.

Required skills

• Comfort using CRM systems, email and productivity tools for lead tracking and reporting.
