Sales Supervisor (alternative Business Markets)

About the role

The Sales Supervisor for Alternative Business Markets will lead the expansion of Blue Financial Services' credit and investment portfolio across underserved segments in Ghana. Reporting to the Head of Sales and Business Development, you will guide a team of Sales Executives to acquire new customers, deepen existing relationships and drive sustainable revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales and business‑development strategies targeting alternative markets.
• Build, coach and manage a high‑performing team of Sales Executives, setting targets and monitoring performance.
• Identify, create and optimise distribution channels to improve product accessibility.
• Analyse market and customer trends to uncover cross‑selling and upselling opportunities.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Customer Service, Operations and IT to ensure alignment and smooth execution.
• Prepare sales forecasts, management reports and performance dashboards for decision‑making.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales or a related field.
• Minimum five years of supervisory experience in business development, sales or customer service.
• Strong knowledge of sales growth techniques, market research methods and the Ghanaian consumer landscape.
• Demonstrated leadership, people‑management and customer‑service orientation.
