Salesperson

About the role

We are looking for an energetic Salesperson to represent Garden Dream Home Textiles in the Accra and Tema regions. You will be responsible for promoting our home textile products to merchants, managing customer relationships, and driving sales growth.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate daily travel plans with the company leader and share itineraries via the group chat.
• Present product samples professionally, maintain a clean appearance, and use company‑provided quotation sheets and tools.
• Collect and organize detailed customer information after each visit, including contact details, background, preferences, and purchase history.
• Report location, photos, and updates to the manager via WeChat throughout the day to qualify for expense reimbursement.
• Submit transportation and accommodation expense forms with appropriate proof for reimbursement.
• Adhere to company pricing policies; obtain manager approval before negotiating any discounts.
• Achieve a minimum sales target of GHS 20,000 in the first month; otherwise, resignation is required.
• Maintain regular follow‑up with high‑value clients (monthly sales > GHS 100,000) and relay feedback to the company leader.

Required profile

• Entry‑level candidates with up to 12 months of sales experience.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently while staying in constant contact with management.
• Willingness to travel using public transport and comply with reporting requirements.
• Customer‑focused mindset with the ability to build and maintain merchant relationships.
