SAT Tutor – Full‑time Test Prep Instructor

About the role

Enlace Education Services is seeking a dedicated SAT Tutor to join its on‑site team in Accra. The full‑time instructor will deliver high‑quality SAT preparation to small groups and individual learners, helping them master test content, strategies, and time‑management skills.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver lesson plans aligned with SAT Math and Evidence‑Based Reading & Writing sections.
• Teach scheduled classes, assign practice tests, and provide detailed feedback.
• Track student progress and generate performance reports.
• Communicate regularly with families or guardians about student development.
• Collaborate with Enlace’s mentorship and education programs to ensure cohesive support.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of SAT content, especially Math and Evidence‑Based Reading & Writing.
• Demonstrated tutoring or classroom experience with secondary‑school or test‑prep students.
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Mathematics, English, or a related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Commitment to punctuality, professional conduct, and teamwork.
