About the role

The school is seeking a dedicated School Administrator & Operations Manager to oversee daily administration and ensure smooth operational processes across its campuses in Accra and Tema.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily school administration and operations.
• Ensure systems, schedules, records, and school activities run efficiently.
• Coordinate and follow up with teaching and non‑teaching staff.
• Communicate professionally and promptly with parents.
• Handle parent enquiries, concerns, notices, and school communications.
• Support student admissions and maintain accurate school records.
• Monitor operational issues and ensure they are resolved quickly.
• Work closely with school leadership to improve efficiency and standards.

Required profile

• At least 3–5 years of relevant experience.
• Strong administrative and operational management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Good computer and record‑keeping skills.
• Experience in a school or educational environment is an advantage.
• Proactive, dependable, organized, and a good problem‑solver.
