About the role
GHS Housing Limited is seeking dedicated security guards to protect its estates, construction sites, and office premises in Accra. The role involves maintaining a safe environment for people, property, and assets while ensuring smooth operations across all locations.
Key responsibilities
- Patrol estates, construction areas, and offices on foot to deter theft, vandalism, and unauthorized access.
- Monitor premises for suspicious activities, safety hazards, or unusual behavior.
- Report any uncommon or suspicious incidents promptly to the Estates Manager.
- Maintain a visible security presence to reassure residents, workers, and visitors.
Required profile
- Ghanaian nationality.
- Physically strong, well‑built, with a minimum height of 5 ft 7 in.
- Good verbal and written communication abilities.
- Sound judgment and decision‑making skills.
- At least one year of experience in a similar security role.
