About the role

The successful candidate will join Deloitte's Cyber team in Accra, working on the implementation and assessment of information security standards and data privacy regulations. This role involves both technical delivery and client‑facing consulting activities.

Key responsibilities

• Perform end‑to‑end implementation of information security standards such as ISO/IEC 27001, PCI DSS, BOG‑CISD and CSA’s CII Directive.
• Support the implementation of additional ISO standards including ISO 22301, ISO/IEC 27701, ISO 9001 and ISO/IEC 20000.
• Conduct assessments and audits against information security standards and regulations.
• Carry out assessments and audits related to data‑privacy laws and regulations, including the Data Protection Act, GDPR and ISO/IEC 27701.
• Facilitate information‑security, data‑privacy and business‑continuity training and awareness sessions for clients.

Required profile

• Graduated from a recognised university in Ghana or overseas with at least a second‑class upper degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum of three years of relevant work experience, preferably in a consulting environment.
• Consulting experience with a focus on information security or data‑privacy projects.
• Relevant professional certifications aligned with the job description.
• Member of a recognised professional association.
• Strong logical reasoning, problem‑solving and analytical abilities.
