Senior Account Manager

About the role

MANE, a French family‑owned leader in flavour and fragrance, is seeking a Senior Account Manager for its Accra office. The role focuses on driving commercial strategy, profitability and customer relationships for MANE Flavours across Central and West Africa.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the commercial strategy for Central and West Africa, targeting volume, market share and financial goals.
• Lead pricing, profitability analysis and budgeting for assigned categories and key accounts.
• Manage customer accounts, including collection of late payments and ensuring effective service delivery.
• Prepare business case presentations, market analyses and competitor matrices in collaboration with marketing.
• Support product launches, forecasting and the optimisation of selling processes.
• Drive ethical business practices, CSR initiatives and align with MANE’s code of ethics.

Required profile

• Degree in Marketing, Food Technology or related field.
• 3‑5 years of experience in the Food & Beverage or FMCG sector.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, fluent in English and French.
• Ability to work independently, under pressure and influence stakeholders at all levels.
