Senior AI Software Engineer

About the role

Zof AI is seeking a Senior AI Software Engineer to help build advanced AI products and infrastructure. This role is for a highly capable engineer who can operate across the stack, work through ambiguity, make strong technical decisions, and build production-quality systems with speed and discipline.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and ship production-quality AI product features.
• Work across frontend, backend, data, infrastructure, and AI tooling as needed.
• Make strong architectural decisions in ambiguous environments.
• Use AI development tools to increase velocity while maintaining quality.
• Collaborate with product and leadership to translate product direction into working systems.
• Mentor junior engineers through code review, technical guidance, and example‑setting.
• Improve engineering standards, reliability, and delivery discipline.
• Own important systems from concept through production.

• Experience building production systems.
• Strong AI tooling capability.
• Ability to work across the stack.
• Strong judgment and ownership.
• Clear written and verbal communication.
• Comfort operating in a fast‑moving environment.
• Evidence of building high‑quality technical work.
