Senior HR & Admin Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Senior HR & Admin Manager for a multinational agribusiness leader. Reporting to the Managing Director, you will oversee all HR functions and administrative operations across multiple production sites, ensuring alignment between office and operational teams.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee leave administration and employee performance tracking.
• Maintain accurate, up‑to‑date HR records and ensure compliance.
• Coordinate recruitment and manage onboarding to support smooth employee integration.
• Supervise administrative staff, ensuring high‑quality support and efficient workflow.
• Coordinate scheduling, communication and documentation handled by the admin team.
• Liaise regularly with production sites to align HR practices with operational needs.
• Manage staff‑related insurance processes, including registration and follow‑ups.
• Support workforce planning, HR cost control and compliance.
• Provide administrative and secretarial support to senior management as required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or a related field.
• Minimum eight (8) years of relevant experience, including at least three (3) years in a managerial role.
• Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) is an advantage.
• Proven experience managing HR processes, performance management, documentation and workforce planning.
• Experience in an operational or multi‑site environment is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures and compliance requirements.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to travel monthly to sites outside Accra.
