Senior Marketing Officer

About the role

The Senior Marketing Officer will lead corporate and B2B marketing initiatives for a hospitality‑focused optical services provider. This role combines strategic business development, client relationship management, and field activation to drive revenue growth across Accra and the Tema region.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, target, and acquire corporate clients, NGOs, schools, and industrial organisations.
• Lead structured sales presentations, negotiate contracts, and convert prospects into long‑term corporate accounts for eye‑care services.
• Develop and maintain relationships with HR managers, procurement teams, and key decision‑makers.
• Conduct field visits, organise corporate eye‑screening campaigns, and represent the company at trade fairs and community events.
• Achieve revenue targets linked to corporate acquisitions, screening conversions, and branch referral traffic.
• Provide market intelligence, identify new opportunities, and recommend strategies to improve conversion rates.
• Collaborate with optometrists, branch supervisors, and sales teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree advantageous).
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in retail, healthcare, or optical industries.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, branding, and B2B relationship management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and excellent communication and presentation abilities.
