Senior Visual Designer

About the role

Mobile Sport Ghana Limited is looking for a Senior Visual Designer to create high‑impact visual assets for its digital platforms, social media channels, and marketing campaigns. You will work closely with the creative team to ensure brand consistency and deliver compelling designs that resonate with football fans across Ghana.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver visual assets for websites, social media, banners, and promotional campaigns.
• Adapt existing visual elements, templates, and brand guidelines to new projects.
• Maintain consistent layout, typography, and visual style across all materials.
• Interpret and apply brand visual and writing guidelines consistently.
• Communicate design concepts and rationale clearly to stakeholders.
• Perform basic video editing using CapCut or similar tools when required.
• Manage multiple design assignments, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
• Incorporate feedback efficiently while preserving design quality.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of professional experience in visual or graphic design.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Art, or a related field.
• Strong portfolio showcasing web and social‑media design work.
• Solid understanding of design principles, layout, typography, and composition.

Required skills

• Proficiency with graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent).
• Experience with video editing tools, specifically CapCut or similar.
