About the role
We are looking for an experienced Shop Manager to lead our retail outlet in Accra. The role involves overseeing daily operations, driving sales performance, and ensuring an excellent customer experience.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise day‑to‑day shop operations, including inventory control and cash handling.
- Manage and train staff, monitor performance, and provide constructive feedback.
- Maintain merchandising standards and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with customers to boost loyalty.
- Analyze sales data, set targets, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
Required profile
- Academic qualification in Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in retail management.
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and improve customer experience.
- Based in Accra, Ghana.
