Showroom Sales Assistant

About the role

We are looking for a friendly and proactive Showroom Sales Assistant to join our team in Accra. You will be the first point of contact for customers visiting our showroom, helping them discover products that match their needs while delivering a seamless shopping experience.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers warmly, providing product information and demonstrations.
• Process sales transactions accurately and handle phone and online orders.
• Coordinate with the delivery team to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Maintain showroom cleanliness, organization, and visual standards.
• Stay updated on product features, promotions, and provide feedback to improve offerings.
• Collaborate with teammates to achieve sales targets and support any additional tasks assigned by management.
• Assist in creating content for the company’s social media channels.

Required profile

• Diploma or higher education.
• Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Enthusiastic, outgoing personality with a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Residence in or around Madina, Haatso, Dome, Adenta or nearby areas.

Required skills

• Familiarity with point‑of‑sale (POS) systems.
