Showroom Sales Representative – Sales & Customer Experience

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Showroom Sales Representative to drive customer engagement and sales in our Accra and Tema locations. You will be the face of our showroom, turning enquiries into revenue while maintaining a welcoming environment.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and engage showroom visitors.
• Prepare and follow up on quotations and proposals.
• Convert enquiries into sales, targeting at least a 40% conversion rate.
• Build and maintain relationships with architects, contractors, homeowners, developers and other clients.
• Keep the showroom clean, attractive, organized and hospitality‑ready at all times.
• Coordinate product displays and ensure samples, brochures and marketing materials are current.
• Maintain an up‑to‑date inventory of material samples and showroom displays.
• Collaborate with field sales teams for lead follow‑up and closure.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports on enquiries, quotations, sales conversions, pipeline opportunities and forecasts.
• Support marketing and promotional activities as required.
• Provide rotational coverage on Saturdays and public holidays when scheduled.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales or a related field.
• Minimum three years of experience in sales, showroom management, customer service or a comparable commercial role.
• Strong sales, customer service and relationship‑management abilities.
• Good commercial acumen and presentation skills.
• Experience in showroom sales, building‑materials or related industries is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
