About the role

The Smart Welfare Advisor will join Vanguard Life’s client‑focused team in Accra, providing expert guidance on financial and welfare planning. You will work directly with individuals and families to understand their needs and deliver tailored insurance solutions that secure their future.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with clients to assess their financial and welfare requirements.
• Design and propose customized welfare and insurance solutions.
• Educate clients on available insurance products and benefits.
• Maintain proactive follow‑up to build long‑term relationships.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and company policies.

Required profile

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong analytical skills to identify client needs and craft solutions.
• Problem‑solving capability under pressure.
• Organizational and time‑management proficiency.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Insurance or a related field.
• Experience in insurance or financial advising is a plus.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in local languages is advantageous.
