SME Partnership Manager

About the role

The SME Partnership Manager is a full‑time, on‑site position in Accra, responsible for building and managing relationships with small and medium‑sized enterprises within the 360kart ecosystem. You will identify potential partners, showcase the platform’s social‑commerce and credit‑building solutions, and guide businesses through onboarding and ongoing collaboration.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and prospect new SME partners and present 360kart’s value proposition.
• Onboard SMEs onto the AI‑driven social‑commerce platform and ensure smooth integration.
• Monitor partner performance, prepare reports, and provide continuous account management support.
• Collaborate with internal teams to optimise live‑stream catalogs, campaigns and sales activation strategies.
• Conduct market research, analyse partner data and maintain clear communication between SMEs, youth creators and internal stakeholders.
• Visit partner sites regularly and contribute to strategic initiatives that expand the network.

Required profile

• Proven experience working with SMEs, MSMEs, or in marketplace, fintech or social‑commerce environments.
• Strong relationship‑building and stakeholder‑management capabilities, especially on‑site in Accra.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and analytical abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems.
• Experience using reporting dashboards.
• Comfort with various digital tools for account management.
