Social Media & Content Creator Intern

About the role

BoardBooking Ghana is looking for a creative Social Media and Content Creator Intern to boost brand awareness for its premium workspace booking platform. The role is full‑time, hybrid, based in Accra, and focuses on engaging professionals, freelancers, startups and remote workers through organic content.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, create and schedule engaging posts, short videos, graphics and written copy for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok and X.
• Monitor audience engagement, respond to comments and messages, and support community‑building activities.
• Develop and maintain content calendars and track performance metrics.
• Collaborate with the team to align campaigns with brand goals and workspace partners.
• Participate in on‑site content creation at coworking spaces and events to capture real user experiences.

Required profile

• Strong social‑media knowledge and basic strategy understanding.
• Excellent writing and copy‑writing abilities for digital audiences.
• Basic design and multimedia skills, including graphic creation and short‑video editing.
• Good research, organizational skills and ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced startup environment.
• Comfortable with hybrid work arrangements and reliable internet access.

Required skills

• Canva (or similar graphic design tool).
• Basic video editing software.
• Proficiency with Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok and X platforms.
