Solution Design Engineer

About the role

The Solution Design Engineer will provide pre‑sales technical support, design customized network solutions, and act as a trusted technical advisor throughout the sales cycle.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver pre‑sales technical support, including product demos, technical presentations and responding to customer inquiries.
• Collaborate with customers to capture requirements and design tailored solutions using Ruckus, Aruba and Cisco Meraki equipment.
• Work closely with product development to feed customer feedback into product improvements.
• Prepare technical documentation, proposals and sales materials to support the sales process.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, acting as a trusted technical advisor.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure alignment and effective communication.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, engineering or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in network design utilizing Ruckus, Aruba and Cisco Meraki equipment.
• Strong organizational, time‑management and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with a professional demeanor.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and collaborative tools.
