About the role
We are seeking a dedicated Special Needs Teacher to deliver inclusive lessons to students with disabilities in Accra and Tema. The role involves creating a supportive learning environment that respects each learner’s dignity and promotes academic and personal growth.
Key responsibilities
- Facilitate lessons that are effective for students with various disabilities.
- Provide academic and personal support to learners as needed.
- Prepare lesson plans in advance, tailoring content to individual needs.
- Design engaging activities that align with learning goals.
- Maintain a respectful and dignified classroom atmosphere.
Required profile
- 2‑3 years of experience teaching special‑needs students.
- Undergraduate degree in Education, Psychology, or related professional courses.
- Willingness to travel within the ECOWAS region.
- Understanding of Sign Language is an advantage.
