About the role
The Analyst, System Architect will design and implement robust, scalable IT solutions for Mobile and Business Support Systems (BSS). Reporting to the Manager of Solution Architecture, you will translate business needs into technical architectures that improve efficiency, security and innovation.
Key responsibilities
- Analyse business requirements and define technical solution architectures.
- Design, develop and oversee implementation of mobile and BSS platforms.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, service providers and external partners to ensure solution alignment with organisational goals.
- Ensure solutions meet performance, security and usability standards.
- Stay informed about existing technology landscape, emerging trends and regulatory constraints.
Required profile
- Entry‑level graduate with strong analytical mindset.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
- Understanding of business processes and willingness to learn telecom and fintech environments.
