About the role
Special Grace Academy is looking for qualified teachers to join its team in Accra and the surrounding Tema region. The position is full‑time and on‑site, focusing on delivering the curriculum, planning lessons, and fostering a supportive classroom environment for students.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and prepare lesson materials aligned with the school curriculum.
- Deliver instruction to students across various subjects.
- Manage classroom behavior and create an engaging learning atmosphere.
- Assess student progress and provide feedback.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers and school staff to improve educational outcomes.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years of teaching experience.
- Valid teaching license or relevant certification.
- Entry‑level qualification accepted.
- Ability to work in Accra (Tantra Hills) and nearby Tema.
Required skills
- Lesson planning.
- Classroom management.
- Effective communication with students.
