Tech Sales Executive – Accra

About the role

The Tech Sales Executive will drive revenue growth for BagginsHQ by generating, qualifying and converting technology and digital‑service opportunities into recurring revenue. This performance‑driven commercial role works closely with the Head of Sales, sales and technical teams to ensure prospects receive accurate information and move efficiently through the sales cycle.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and qualify new sales opportunities for BagginsHQ’s technology and digital solutions.
• Identify prospective customers via calls, email, messaging, referrals, social media and other approved channels.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate BagginsHQ solutions.
• Present BagginsHQ products and services to prospects and conduct structured follow‑up.
• Document leads and opportunities accurately in company systems.
• Collaborate with technical teams for clarifications, demonstrations, proposals and implementation details.
• Track quotations, proposals and pending decisions, maintaining an up‑to‑date sales pipeline.
• Identify upselling, cross‑selling, renewal and account‑expansion opportunities.
• Support customer retention and recurring revenue growth.
• Meet assigned sales and revenue targets.

Required profile

• Proven ability to identify prospects and understand customer needs.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Consistent, results‑oriented work ethic with a focus on follow‑up.
• Ability to work collaboratively with sales, technical and other departments.
• Self‑motivated to achieve and exceed sales targets.
